===== Opening the garage with the key =====

If you have a key which looks like this:

That key does is allow the lock to be pulled out, which allows you to pull the wire attached to the lock, which releases the door from the chain so the door can be opened manually.

You can then press the black section/button at the front of the pod-like door opener mechanism

to allow the white section to drop open, and there’s a small round black button on the circuit board to open and close the garage.

Make sure you press the one closer to the edge. This should also re-latch the door to the chain.

That way, you can have the door fully open and/or program remote/s. You can then close the white section of the opener pod.
